As the manager and designated broker at Stratfor Realty Group, LLC., Ed Hadley has a proven track record working in the commercial real estate space. Ed Hadley is a high performing Real Estate Executive with 20 plus years of diverse experience in land finance, planning, entitlement, acquisition, disposition, and asset management. He graduated from Northern Arizona University with a degree in Business Management in 1995 and has been a licensed real estate broker in Arizona since 2005.

Darren Ludwigsen is a successful real estate developer and entrepreneur with over 22 years of experience in all aspects of the real estate sector and business development. Mr. Ludwigsen is the Founder and acting President of Denali International, which is comprised of six vertically integrated companies: Denali Capital, Denali Construction, Denali Homes, Denali International, Denali Properties and Denali Real Estate.  This vertical integration of infrastructure, construction, and project management enables scheduling efficiency and layered profit margins in each phase, with significant risk reduction to project monetization strategies.

Mark Shark is a proven performer who’s been delivering successful outcomes to real estate transaction parties for the past 25 years in the Pacific Northwest and beyond.  As a native of North Dakota and a graduate of Washington State University, Mark’s roots and life experience in rural America have resulted in a natural connection to seller’s of land best suited to large residential development.  As the leading land acquisition professional in the Greater Seattle Metro, Mark has consistently built win-win outcomes through proficiency across all land development disciplines.  Responsible for all underwriting, contract negotiations, and acquisitions for DR Horton in the Greater Puget Sound since 2015, Mark understands the needs of the national home building community from the inside out.

Todd Rothrock is a seasoned real estate and business developer with extensive experience in land development, construction, and business growth across Washington, Idaho, the Dakotas, and Arizona. Since 1996, he has built a trusted network of professionals to successfully complete projects of all sizes. Currently serving as President of three established underground sewer service companies in Arizona, Todd led these businesses to over 200% revenue growth, expanding the workforce from seven to more than 50 employees.

His development portfolio includes master-planned communities in the Dakotas, where he managed both infrastructure and vertical construction, and earlier work in Washington, where he weathered economic downturns to build his business from the ground up.
